First silver in conductive sounds

born2hunt

New member
I've spent the last week or so hunting in conductive sounds. It took some getting used to after hunting strictly in ferrous for so long but the signals do seem more pronounced and I can see the draw to hunting this way. I was having trouble finding silver so this morning I took a rosie with me just to hear the warble everyone talks about and I came home with three. They're just rosies but still better than a pocket full of clad, IMO.

Even though they are only Rosie's, at least you know that your site yields more Silver on your next trip out and any Silver is GOOD SILVER. Best of Luck and HH to you!:detecting:

Silver is SILVER ! way to go !

[size=large]now you get to go back over all your past hunts and do them in conductive mode. could be like hunting them for the first time again.

thrilled with 2 silver.

Leaving with one and coming home with three sounds like a darn good "trade" to me:clapping:

Maybe next time I'll take a silver half with me

Nice hunt born2hunt
I was "born and rased" on conductive sounds and have never looked back.
Actually Bryce beat that into my head:stars::bouncy: and I have done pretty good so far.

Very nice -- I am impressed with someone who can drop a silver coin, run over it with a coil, listen to the subtleties in the sound, commit the sound to memory, and then go out and look for that same sound in the ground -- and succeed. Very impressive, to me.

i like and use bryce,s coin settings in parks and lawns like conductive sounds in these areas but do like and use all metal settings in ferrous sounds at old colonial type sites in the woods seem better able to get old artifacts this way loves the old coppers use the english explorer settings from acrossed the waters low and slow iron grog,s settings out of andys book with a few of my own on site changes thats what i love of the se its ability to hunt differnt sites in many ways helps to not miss any good finds i will also hunt these sites in conductive sounds just to cover it all what a great detector
