I stoppedby a house next to work that the front layer or topsoil was being graded and was given permission to check it this am.I wasexcited to find five clad dimes and a nice 1942 mercury dime.The house is being remolded by a young man who i coached in soccer from youth to high school and it was nice to see him again.HH.Pete.
 
Congrats!! Being fairly new to detecting myself...entering the 3rd year now...I clearly remember the excitement of finding my first silver. Mine was a ring, and many more followed, also gold and platinum. It took me 2 years to find my first silver coin and I was Ecstatic because it was my first.
 
Excellent! You do never forget your first, but I promise, every silver is exciting!
