didn't find it at the old ball field where I was getting the other oldies.

Went to a township park I had been to several times in the past and had covered it rather well most of the times I had been there. Got a nickel and a penny in one scoop of sand. Then 5 more pennies in separate scoops and a dime and then one last penny.

Didn't realize at the time it was a Mercury dime.

I thought to myself this morning or was it a silent prayer, that I would like to find some more silver this morning. It was a toss up as to whether to hit the ballfield or the park playground and beach sand.
Would not have ever thought the park would give up some silver.

Here's all the finds for the day...

Hope you all got out before it got too hot out.

if we should be saying a prayer for the goods. But I still do :) Good digs, the Ace is working out well. I sure do hear lots of good things on the net about it. Steve in so az

I love finding silver in the water. I can tell yours was close to water! :) Congrats!

but they are so hot to wear on these hot days. They sure are sweet when the bugs are a buzzing around ones ears and ya know they can't get in to drive ya nuts and nice too when the weather turns cold.

Still no idea why they didn't build a volume control circuit into the detector. Even the placement of the headphone jack doesn't make sense but oh well. Ya do what ya got to do and use what ya got to use.

they didnt think much about it. On my shadow X2 when you turn it on - the lowest - it blasts your ears. Since the X3 they changed it. Makes one wonder if they ever tried the X2 out ? Steve
