First silver with the CTX!

Got permission on an old home-site that dates back to 1830. Was hoping for more, but with almost 200 years worth of stuff in the ground to sort through the going was slow. Managed to pull out this sterling man's wedding band, a token for a free cake of Crystal White laundry soap, and what I'm pretty sure is a half dime. Under magnification I can make out what looks to be some leaves and part of a ribbon. It's smaller than a current dime and extremely thin. I don't remember the TID when I dug it, but it air tests at a solid 11-37.

Nice finds, good job. .

It's definitely a half dime! Got to look at it under a 20X lighted loupe and can make out part of the back. On the front I can see the outline of seated liberty and the partial date 841. 1841 seated half dime! My oldest coin to date, first seated and first half dime!! I'm loving this CTX 3030!!

I found a ring just like that one. Congrats. Also, I have a bubbled silver dime that went through a fire that looks like the one you have in pic. The only way I could tell it was a coin was the ribs on the side.

SWEEEET! Great day a huntin...
