First spider coil shell off the new vacuum forming machine

Here's the first shell off the new vacuum forming machine I built in the post below. Well actually the second shell, I used some thinner ABS sheet for the first shell and the dang vac machine is so strong it sucked the sheet right into the small holes in the table and blew.
This shell pictured was formed from .060 ABS, its thick and a tough bugger to form but the new machine got the job done.
Anybody think this coil design looks "cool" I do, I have made some butt ugly coils before but I'm liking this one.

But what all do they fit???? <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?">

With this vac table the largest coil would be about 19.5 inches. But that is one huge coil.

This is for my Minelab Explorer, would also work on a Quattro.

Charles, she's a beauty for sure. I like the way you left the center solid for a place to balance the coil. Keep us posted
