It is time that you offered a Tesoro Cleansweep style, 18" x 4" DD coil for the F5, Goldbug/G2 and the Greek Teknetics line.

Count the machines that could use that coil. F5, Goldbug, Tek Omega, Tek Gamma, Tek Delta, Tek Alpha, G2.

That is seven different machines that could use that one coil. Surely that would be enough market for the expense.

Great coil for competition hunts, although at the few club hunts I've attended, I usually am pretty close to the top hunters with their big-foot style coils using my Omega (can't use the F75, too much interference from the minelabs) with the stock 11" coil....plus it's a LOT lighter, so I can usually go faster then they can. I can only imagine using my Omega with a big-foot coil

YES!!! ... and would like one for the F70 / F75 series. Very shortly after getting the F75-LTD I posted how nice it would be to have such a coil. For me, that form factor is a must have for a lot of soccer, ball field and beach work.

I mainly use a F75 LTD, Tek Omega, and CZ70 for land hunting, with the CZ70 and Minelab Sovereign for beach hunting.

I like the Omega and CZ70 the most for coin hunting on land, but have been very tempted to try a ML ET I took a new job, so I haven't had much time to hunt, let alone learn a new machine, but once I get some time under my belt, I'll be back into the swing of things and potentially looking for a new deep silver seeker, which I'm not seeing from FT at the moment (the Omega is great, but it could use a little more umph for those ultra deepies). I don't find in our soil out here that the F75 LTD is too good on deep small silver (dimes and half dimes), it does great on quarters (I found a SLQ at 11"), but there are far more silver dimes and half dimes to be found than silver quarters.

I agree wuth you Cal on the deep silver dimes,my ltd is great at 7-8 inches in my soil but like you I know those dimes are out there but deeper.Thanx for the reply,and good luck with your new job!! hh rick in mi.

Don't all they have to do is give permission for a 3rd party to make it or any kind of coil. They get % of each one sold?

I know the coil covers more ground-but what happens when you get multiple targets under the coil?

Coils like the ones described are only 3.6 inches wide, so multiple targets under the length are easily isolated by pointing the tip a little to the right or left and sweeping again, or by moving to the side of the targets and sweeping from 90 degrees from when you first hit the targets. You just come at it from a different angle.

If you still are getting multiple and confusing hits, then go to a small coil.

These long thin coils are very nice to work most sports fields and some of the tot lots I've come across. Getting near picnic areas or concession stands or working the sidelines, then a small coil frequently goes on the detector. Depends on conditions.

I sure wish one were available for the First Texas detectors.
