first time out with Excal

first hit was a penny and right next to it a ring, which got my heart going, only to find out it is a fake diamond solitaire. Oh well, then three quarters couple more pennies and a nickel. could have been worse, but still excited to use the Excal. Hoping it will bring some gold and silver soon.

I'm dying to try out my excal. The paint on my shaft is drying, so I have to wait 24hrs. Also expecting thunderstorms, so it looks like I may have to wait a bit longer! Sounds like fun even if the ring was a fake.
