First time out with new Explorer...

Picked up my Explorer XS 2 on Wed night($500), and today, after Thanksgiving dinner, Dad, my sister and I went to a Park that has been pounded to death(200+ silver myself)...first dig was the 29 Merc...then a gold plated ring(not pictured), then a 1911 Barber Dime, two 50's wheats and finally a 41 Merc...not bad for the first time out with it, lighter, and a little different that my other Explorer, but think I'm going to really enjoy it!!
 
50 wheates ? That's a lot of digging! It really shows you have a hot detector!
Nice silver too! Check out those wheats for some key dates. You might be surprised some of them can be worth a lot of money.
 
When Joe bought the detector I set it up for him, little did I know I would own it six months later!
