Meteorite, and a very nice specimen at that. Look online, there are lots of buyers for them. Also, for future reference, try and take pictures BEFORE you take them out of the ground the people who buy them like that.
 
If you live near (within 50 miles or so) an iron smelter, sometimes the slag was used as fill and it still contains some iron and people mistake it for meterorites.
