First week with 705/many more to come!!!!

Got my 705 week ago today/it is a learning experience..not real sure of myself at times,forget to push this and do that after this sometimes..(ground balance,tracking,threshold,coil selection,not on the X30)but i had notable success and will learn.
I got out every day for 2 to 4 hours,had to put new batteries in today,managed to find:
1 Sacajawea
73 quarters
32 dimes
18 nickles
42 cents/1 whettie
1 bracelet
2 silver rings(small silver Mexico/big ugly vintage looking thing with stones looks plated/925 8x)
2 brass washers
1 lug nut (deep)

I was thinking about buying the 705 how does it work? Does it have good depth reading and does it show u what's underground?

You are well on your way and far ahead of many beginners. This machine works great even if you haven't learned all it can do.
Extra coils are like getting a new MD so you will have plenty of time to get attached.
I have had mine for a while but have more trouble finding new places to search than anything.

Holy cow.... almost 20 bucks in quarters plus dimes, penny's galore, and jewelry too. You've got a hot spot there. Better make sure no one's tailing you on your way out..... good hunting, and congratulations on your great finds..
