Went out for about an hour this afternoon. Found 3 Washington's, 2 Rosies, 4 Jeffs, and 13 memorials, and my first wheatie of the year. It was a 1953 D. Appears to be in Fine condition. Most of the clad was in the early 80's and with the ground minerals here in this area, hard to clean. Don't like cleaning coins unless I have to, but with what is coming out of the ground here, it is a necessity. Am going to try Goes4evers' coin cleaning trick and see if it works on others as well. The clad coins are not my favorite composition.
