Fisher F5 cam lock

New member
Newbie - I have an issue with my Fisher. It seems the upper cam lock on the shaft has completely broken and I can’t seem to find a replacement. I did find one in the UK, but the shipping is unrealistic. Any suggestions? Thanks

Call Felix at Fisher or there dept.

Just got a Fisher f5 after several months of research. Wanted to say thanks to the forum. Has been a big help. Just starting to kinda get it figured out sorta! I live in the North Ga mountains and was looking for someone who might be around the area willing to help out a newbie. Have a lot of questions. Thanks

What area of North Georgia you live in? I live in the Dalton/Chatsworth area.

Hey jr88 I live in Blairsville Ga. Done a lot of research in area, for prospecting , parks are out in this area. Found some promising sites, just getting started. Do you do much prospecting?

Never done any prospecting but have done a little panning in my time. I mainly hunt for coins and Civil War relics over in my area.

haha, it seems worse than it is at first. keep playing with different settings until you understand what they do and where they should be! i'm still learning my f5, as well.
