....Just wondering if any of the Old Timers here recall or seen the Fisher Field Transmitter and Receiver...it was used for finding placer deposits...probably very Rare...never seen one in person just seen it in some of the old Fisher Brochures....
 
Are you talking the two box system on a pole ?as been redone many times and currently the Gemini series I believe. GREAT for big objects at extreme depth. Wasted over a week of digging out at Pattons camp,in the 70s, with friends digging 12' for a old spoked wheel hahahaha yep deep seeking they are-John
