Fisher m-scope impulse detector

Can any body help me with info on the Fisher m scope impulse detector and how good is this i older detector and when was it produce.

Intro'd early 90's, discontinued I think about 2002. Strictly for salt water work. Air test most coins in roughly the 10 to 12 inch range. Unlike most PI's, it's non-motion, and gets good battery life.
