Fisher Service Turn-Around Time?

Anybody know what the turn-around time is these days for quick repairs? I was told by a rep it would be just a few days, so I sent it in and they've had it since 9/16. I've heard nothing from them, and my request for a status update has yet to be answered.

It appears that my machine got to the factory on the 19th. They fixed it and sent it back to me on the 20th. It should be here today.

That is simply AWESOME.

My question has been answered. :)

9-16-05 sounds kind of long. for me it was just a few weeks or so. call them t0 get a better answer. 209-826-3292
