Fisher Service

I would like to commend FisherLab for service they provided me. I bought a CZ3d and it had a couple of issues. Called Fisher Service Dept and talked with Felix. I explained my problem to him and he sent me an email with a shipping label to send the unit in for a replacement. Seven days later my new unit arrived. Day after I got the detector Felix called me by phone with a follow up making sure all was well. Fisher Service acted in a very Professional and Courtious manner and My hats off to them. Would like to add that the best way I found to get up with the service dept is 1-800-685=5050

Thanks Fisher, Chuck Freeman

well at least your one of a few good success storys with them can i ask what you were issues with the cz3d? because i got one myself and just wanted to be on the look out for the signs of trouble if any ever comes about, i really love mine so far

I think a lot of the problem that most are having is not calling the correct #. On the back of my operating manual there is a number and email address. I called the # and left a message and then e-mailed fisher. Two days went by and no return phone call but a day later my e-mail was answered and told that it was sent to the service dept. Well, day before they sent the e-mail I was getting a little antsy so I went to the Fisherlabs website and pulled up service dept. The number listed there is different than the number on the manual. Why is that, I have no idea and think it may be a bit confusing. Anyway, when I called the number listed on the website everything went like clockwork and all was well from that point. I don't know about being one of the few. I am sure that there are a lot of success stories with the Fisher service. It just seems to me in nature that we just here more of the bad than good. My CZ was falsing way much. Things just happens some time but all is well. Hope you and others do well with the CZ3d. Chuck

Glad things are working out on the 3D. Just in time for our heat wave. Not to mention the lightning from storms in the big Rock. Ive got a collection of bottle tops to be proud of for sure.
