fly like an eagle

Took the deus back to the cornfield I found the 1855 dime. You can barely make out the eagle and the 7. 1857 flying eagle cent.

Those eagles don't seem fair well. Try a long soak in olive oil. It helped bring out the details on my 58'. Nice find! I'm ready for our corn to get combined, got about four sites lined up... What program were you running?

It's as clean as it is going to get. Had to brass brush it to get what little detail is there to show. Ferts aren't kind to any field copper. The corn is down here for the most part. Waiting on the beans.

I've been hunting there for 2 years now. Never seen a plow/disc touch the field. I have found a few large cents and plenty of buttons out of there. I belive a mill of some sort was in the field so there is tons of large iron trash with along with a blanket of nails.
