It is appreciated that you follow up on your posts. Sometimes we spend days looking for a solution. Then there is no follow up, the post just ends. We don't know if the problem was solved or not.

I was just looking at one where it ended, " I'm sending it in". OK, so what was the result? The more info we have the better job we can do on the forum.

Not sure if you were referring to my post or not; but I couldn't follow up because I haven't received my replacement yet.

Actually, they did send me a replacement, it just happened to be the exact same coil I sent back. One person processed the return, the next person processed the exchange and grabbed the same coil I had just returned.

New one is due monday; I will report back on Friday (week from tomorrow) after I have had a chance to put it through its paces.

Rob makes a good point. Posters need to let everyone know if they found something wrong with your unit when it was sent in, so that others that may have a similar problem can make an informed decision whether or not to send their unit in for a check up.
