I bought this to replace my older detector I use for bikepacking...it looked like it would fit in my backpack since the poles all slide down without having to take it all apart...but it does not quite fit easily within the space I have.
Used it twice...I love it...I would keep it but I do not need a 3rd detector just one for bikepacking.
Comes with what you...stock setup...wireless phones and stock DD coil and original box.
$450 shipped...Paypal or postal MO. No trade or offers

I just bought a backpack for my Anfibio and had the same problem. I don't mind some assembly when I get to the field but I also found that the middle shaft was so long it caused stress on the sides of the backpack. These detectors are made for many different body styles, since I'm under 6' tall, I cut 2" off the middle shaft and took care to taper the cut end a little with a file and 600 grit sandpaper. Now it fits the bag and is less comber-sum when taking it in and out of the house. This wasn't as chancy as it sounded as I already checked and the shaft can be replaced to original for about $35.

Here's some shots of my kit.
