As new Etrac with warranty. I bought it 3-23-13 and used it approximately 20 hours. I was holding it for a fellow who apparently fell off the face of the earth as he has not contacted me in two weeks. No pictures, but as new with plastic on screen. Comes with all factory acc.(both battery paks, wall charger, unused Koss phones, factory box, manual, Sunray raincover, and Detecting Buddy harness.
