Top speed is 45 MPH.
As far as mileage I have been getting 108 to 110 MPG. I have put 1150 miles on it since I got it in June. and used only a little over 11 gal.
No Insurance or Motorcycle plate or motorcycle licence needed. more $ in my pocket. Cant wait until its broke in and the mile age goes up. Its rated at 115
