When my son was 5 years old he caught his first fish and I printed it. Dry the fish, roll ink on it that is fairly thick ( printing ink is cheap = art store) with a small roller, lay a paper on it - I used newspaper that had a large area of no print, roll again with a clean roller, let dry and fix to a backing. If the paper tears try using a thin grocery brown bag. Years later - he's 37 now - you can look back & smile. Steve in so az

Nice pic and as always you have neat ideas! You, Nancy and your son must have good times talking about when he caught that fish! Even better than a photo!

God Bless!

Oh gee, what if you are still in there? Wouldn't you want her to get you out first? Yes, most people miss their photo albums when they are damaged or burned up in a fire or blown away by a tornado or etc. They are precious but not as precious to Nancy than you are........I don't think!

God Bless!

Great Idea. When my son was three I made a neck less out of pork bones and place it around his neck and took a picture . About fifteen years later I told him that he was so ugly when he was a kid that we had to put pork chop bones around his neck so the puppies would play with him . Trust me it was worth the wait. I'll have to keep that in mind for a grandchild at this point!:) Hopefully that will be quite a few years off.
