Ok looks like our 8th annual CMD forum hunt is upon us. This will be the 2nd one we have had in the fall. This is open to folks who have or do post here, and their family. Over the years we have had folks come from many states and Canada. I am looking at Oct 1 or Oct 8 depending on what date you guys like best. Hoping many can make it and I know all who come will be blessed. We go hunting at a site that will offer a chance to find some older stuff, but at the same time you will enjoy meeting the people on the forum and the fellowship is the best part. We also have nice door prizes too. Some come on Saturday only, some have come a day or two early and go digging with me and others. Some stay a day later and go to church together and go digging some more.
I am planning the hunt here in MI again as Ma Betty is not sure how she will be doing at that time. Oct. in MI is very nice. Usually the 60's to the 70's during day time and the fall colors will take your breath away in God's country that time of year. So let me know if you can attend and I look forward to another great time!

Like Ma Betty, I don't know if I'll be able to make it this time. It all depends on how I'm doing physically. Indeed it would be nice to meet our fellow hunters on the Christian forum.
 
Hey, Mike. The 8th would be wonderful for us as Travis is already off on the 7th and that is the week of fall break. Can't believe I'm looking forward to making a trip North....this girl likes to stay in the SOUTH....the deeper South the better! Lol.
 
Wish I could make it to the hunt, but healthwise I am just not sure how I'll be feeling at any time! Have plans to sell home and be moving on but they might not be God's plans for me! I woke up the second time, today, and was dwelling on things and the Lord reminded me that He may be coming before any plans that I or anyone of us makes! So, living one day at a time is best and whatever may happen will happen and for the best through diligent faith and trusting in our Lord Jesus Christ! Only God knows the future and leaning on Jesus will get us more pleasure than what the world can! Remember, Christians--true believers--are in the world but not of it! Any plans we have must be in accord with His plans for the best we could ever have on this earth and in our eternal life with Him and only He knows whether He will provide a way for me to be there, also! When we have complete faith in Jesus our desires can be fulfilled! Hope all have a safe trip and enjoy Christian togetherness and :twodetecting: those older coins and relics! The 8th would be great as I already have a vacation day that friday. I can not get off any other days in october as we are working so much overtime. Looking forward to coming up.
