Went this morning to the schoolground with the outlaw and 5.75 concentric coil.I thought i had cleaned all the colonial artifacts out of this school ground, but the outlaw found a small one with the word GILT on the back. The outlaw found some amazingly small targets. The knife and round ring thing i found in the woods yesterday with the Tejon. Thanks for looking. At least i am trying and not complaining right.

nice finds what do you think the ring thing is would it be picture locket or something?

Spirit Relic,

Your ring thing appears to be the 'wreath' portion to a two piece civil war period tongue and wreath sword belt buckle, nice find! You might want to check those woods for the missing tongue part of the buckle and hope it has the magic letters "CS".

These lowcountry swampy areas can give you the creeps.Gator's hide in there in the winter were i am going. If i get caught in there to late in the day, copperheads, rattlers, mocs, are crazy in this place.I am really going to hunt the spot.I was getting some really old square nails.I go long periods with no signals at all.I have no choice but to check back around there. o_O

That's a super nice find! I'd be going back for sure.

I'm sure you already looked it up, but Hombre is right. Its from a CW belt buckle. Hope you can find the rest.
