Ok maybe not rare, but we hardly ever find them so they must be kinda rare right!
I took a friend from church detecting for his first time ever. We just did some school yards and a tot lot to dig clad so he could learn the machine I let him borrow. Also so he could learn pinpointing and recovery. The half I found looks like it was dropped in the sand by the swings just a few days ago.
Dug 47 clad and a couple buttons and plenty of junk. Had fun with a friend.

I found a kennedy that looked like it had just been dropped a couple of years ago. Congratulations.

The only Kennedy half I ever found was in the ground about 4" so it must have been there for a while. I won't be getting out anytime soon, as I will be in Cardiac Rehab for the 8-10 weeks. Hopefully I'll feel up to going out by the end of May or so.

Praying for you Martin to have good care and a quck recovery to far better health! May God Bless you with His healing virtue and power! Amen! Ma Betty

Congrats Mike on the Kennedy coin....I have found a few now and then, but they are getting scarcer unless someone carries them in their pockets and loses them for us to find!! ;) May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
