[attachment 316414 image.jpg] I was able to get out for the 1st time in a long time. I made a quick stop for breakfast and a torrential downpour started. I decided to throw the rain gear on the detectors and tough it out. I was hoping to find some gold or silver today. It did not work out the way I hoped, but I was happy to find this sweet looking bat mobile made by hot wheels and a still functioning pocket knife. I also found a large pile of clad and a 1948 plain wheat penny. I had a blast on a day that I thought I would get rained out. I might find some gold next time. It was just good to get out and enjoy the hunt.
 
Glad to see you got out.I like finding cars. Nice to see pic's of different finds.
 
Dirtdigger33, that Bat Mobile IS a neat find. I know, sometimes life gets in the way of our hobbies. Glad that you had the chance to get out and swing a coil! Hopefully yellow will be at the bottom of your next hole. Best of luck and...
