Found Brand New CZ-70 Pro on E-bay

Very diplomatic Jim. 
Allow me to be less diplomatic. 
There are locations on this planet where a single frequency VLF such as an F75 simply cannot be used effectively. A dual or multi-freq like a CZ can be used with reduced performance, as well as a PI. If anyone would like, here's the GPS coordinates for such a location -70.5657, 43.3024. Anyone can drive there with their single frequency VLF, attempt to Ground Balance,
reduce Sensitivity to the point the detector is deaf,
and then drive away. Or.....to save a wasted trip bring a CZ.

Bill, putting diplomacy aside, I have hunted from Gulf Shores up to the Canadian border with my F 75 and have yet to encounter a location where my F 75 would have to take a back seat to a cz. No doubt, there are such places, but there are far more spots (trashy sites with masked coins and jewelry) that I like my chances of unmasking a goodie considerabley more with my F 75 then with a cz.

HH jim tnJim, How do you know if the CZ wouldn't have been just as proficient in all these areas if you didn't do a side by side comparison. I'm sure the F75 is a great detector in skilled hands. but there is no grounds for your claim. if you didn't do a comparison. The interesting thing to me is if i were new to detecting and i was using the finds forum as a guide to what detector was the best and found the best stuff, the minelab Explorer would win hands down. The F75 and CZ forum pales in comparison to the finds on there forum. But in my opinion that is just because they out number us. HH Tim
j.t., I have not had the pleasure of swinging my F 75 in the New England area. Besides some spots in north Alabama, Minnesota may be some of the more mineralized ground I've yet to encounter with my F 75. If I remember correctly, fast grab g/b was in the mid to upper 80's. Although the 75 was a little chattery, I was still able to run sen. 80-85. AS I mentioned, there are places that a cz would undoubtedly run quieter, but since I have yet to encounter such places, in the type of places I hunt, trashy, I like my chances for finding good targets better with the F 75. Particularly, since I have had two cz's to compare between them and the F 75. HH jim tn

If your hunting the beaches at low tide in a foot of salt water and the F75 slips out of you hand "Your done for the day" your out $1000.00 With CZ units you hip mount them or chest mount. If the shaft

yeah!..me too!..had a cz-6 back in '92,and a cz-70 just a few years ago!..both damn find detectors,HOWEVER,the f-75 will out hunt them both with either the 11" (d.d) on board,OR the 6" concentric!..i used the 5" hockey puck on BOTH the cz-6,AND the cz-70 in the junk!..the 75,in my experience is the best damn coin sniper i have EVER used!.

say I did side by sides with my cz3d and F 75, but I can say I have hunted many spots with my F 75 that I had previously hunted with cz's and actually found more goodies from among the trash in some spots then I ever did with the cz's. That is good enough grounds for me anyway. HH jim tn
Jim, I can accept that, if you ever do a side by side let me know the results. I might beat you to it though, I'm gonna buy my wife an F75 in a few weeks, she's been using a CZ7a pro for the last 7 years. 7's
too many 7's Jim are you primarily a relic guy or a coin shooter just wondering because my brother lives in Kentucky over by lake Cumberland and man them folks must have been poor back in the day, because there isn't much coin around those homesites. HH. Tim

I think it's my way of self punishment, not really, it's my way of getting my self a new detector, you see she will feel so bad about whipping me we will be able to justify one for me too. she works for our public school system and has summers off, so last summer i get off work come home go to the fridge to get something to drink and i look over on the table and on this paper plate is an 1824 large cent 2 walking liberty half's 2 silver quarters and 2 silver.Dimes and a silver ring she went to this construction site without me and killed it while i was at work.[ that's just wrong ] She is a dedicated Detectorist. And believe me Jim I'm in trouble either way.

Just to maybe, and I say "maybe," help keep the playing field a little more even for you, I'll let you have my old White's Coinmaster BFO at a really good price that you can then give her.

Yeah yeah I know, all machines get fooled by it to some degree, some more, some less. I wouldn't be ashamed to be swinging an F75 in my local hotspot. When you say they can't touch them, how so, depth? That's not true from everything that I've heard. Target separation? Or what exactly?

I have both and will run some tests when the snow melts I got the F75 last spring and the CZ 70 as a back up this fall just before the snow flew
Testing is not the end all answer One can use DD coils One can run with little or no EMI interference One is a little heavy One is better in iron
One is weather proof One is tough as nails One will go 40 hours on a set of battery's Thy are both very good and if thy do what thy were made for
that's OK with me I cant test the F75 in the house The CZ with a FZ 12in coil is hitting a clad dime at 14inches sen at 6 in an air test
My dirt is on the mild side so we will see Thanks Mike

Finally someone who has both machine & is willing to test the CZ-70 and the F75. This is the reason I posted the remarks a month ago to see if anyone would do a fair test between the two
machines. Please let us all know what you find out.
