Took our nephew water hunting last summer when they were in town and here are his results.He developed very good hunting habits considering he only detects when he spends some time here in the summer.Over Christmas he decided he didn't like land hunting and will stick to water hunting,too much work he says 
.One place he was detecting up in Wisconsin was nothing but limestone slab and he was flipping shuge stones and digging things out with his hand because you couldn't use a scoop,the kids hardcore.
