Found these two Indian head pennies in our semi-ghetto park in town.

Found this large cent at an old farm house I stopped at. Recieved permission from the older lady who lives there.
After detecting for about 10 minutes I find this at around 8-9 inches. Soon as I get up to keep on swinging with high hopes of finding more great old stuff I hear the old lady behind me. "I talked with my kids on the phone and they thought I shouldn't let you do that". AHHHH. At least I found the large cent. Now all I can do is imagine what might be in the ground there. Seated dimes, more large cents, S.L quarters.
Here she is.

Jim, Don't get discouraged.I have had that happen to me a couple of times.Try to go back and ask the Lady if you can some how meet with the kids and explain your hobby.Don't be afraid to show ID cards or any thing. You will be supprised how many people change their mind back. This day and age the kids have to worry about their parents.Looks lika a great place.Give her a box of candy if you go back. She let you hunt, and it didn't sound like the kids were strong about it.Just cautous
Good LUCK
Jim Pa
