found my first liberty walking half!

Hunted on Galveston Island today and got my first liberty walking half!

Congrats! Man, that coin is stained. Looks like it has a lot of detail though. Should clean up nice.

cool man great feeling finding a half. I wish i had more of those myself. all i got today was a wheat and a silver Rossie with some clad. got ran off that site we hunted lol its ok i got it all anyway.

Just tried some silver cleaner on it and no luck. Salt water isn't nice to silver!

i use electrolysis on silver like that and its does ok. at least they look silver after doing them

I ended up using baking soda. It cleaned up okay.

looks good now. I hope your getting better with the e-trac. you did use it right

lol - yeah, it was an e-trac find.

I didn't chicken out on the e-trac like last time we went hunting.

The e-trac is actually starting to click - I've even had the courage to leave my White's at home for the last few hunts.
