I was always turning on my 3Z and then lifting it waist high to ground balance. So I read a bit on the subject and I ground balanced and got this ring at eight inches. I had to go over the target a few times to kind of give the fisher time to catch it, I was getting a good tone one way and a low tone (IRON)the other way but I slowed down and would get the high tone to hit both ways.
