Found small 14K ring with new Grey Ghost mod

I tested out my grey ghost mod on my Infinium with 8" mono last week. I hunted a lake that I always hunt and was able to find this small 14K gold ring. Was it because of this new setting ???? I set the Infinium at 0 disc and about 7 threshold and lowered volume. I will be testing this alot more and reporting my findings. I didn't notice any more or less depth at this setting over the other.
