Two of the Indians look real nice. Funny, the newest one, the 1902 turns out to be in the worse condition. It has the full Liberty and all but has green crud caked on it.

I wish my local Indians were that nice. I'm going to my IH hotspot in the morning to try my new Sun Ray Pro headphones and hope I do that well. HH

The lead disc with holes, I've been told, is called a "hem weight". They were used to make long tailed coats hang straight down and not flap about, as well as curtains and other articles of clothes. We find a few at house sites and in Civil War camps, especially confederate. Seems they may have been pressed into service as coat buttons. Some have a number molded on them, possibly to denote different sizes.

...I have gone out 30 times this year and have found 40 Indian heads total. Far cry from my best year but oh well. Take what ya get. Jim
