Great freeware database program. You can create your OWN database in 5 minutes. Even allows for insertion of graphic files

This is how easy it is to make fields.

hit pulldown menu "data record" then "design data record"

here you see the fields I made up so far and then when you want to make another field you hit 'add" name the field and give it a characteristic (like number, date,etc) done
