Fresh Water Hunt with F75

Coin Rescue Inc

Well-known member
I have access to an undeveloped lake frontage that has been in the family for years.
To my surprise I have pick out coins from 1902 to present day.
This weekend i decided to take the F 75 for a walk along the wooded lake front knee deep.
I found variuos objects and three zinclons, a modern dime and a 1940 wheat.
I used the 10" elliptical fisher coil. It ws a bit too boyant but i worked through it.
All settings worked in the water pretty much like on land.

Do not submerge the control panel. lol

Never have worked up the nerve to put my coil under water, there is this one stream that flows right down the middle of this park we hunt and it has to be full of coins but I haven't tried looking it in. Congratulations on your finds.

Nice 1940 wheatie - great detail & should clean up well "congrats". Thanks for sharing your pictures and wish you many more great while out metal detecting.
