Dear brothers and sister of the CMD Forum,
Cliff and I are really shaken up today! We rec news that our brother, Larry, committed suicide this morning and to say it is a shock isn't even enough. We are so sad and cannot believe that our loving Christian brother who loved Jesus so much would do something like this. But he has been in deep depression and had quit his jobs because he couldn't handle the work any longer. He didn't seek a drs care and couldn't have been in his right mind to do such a thing as his first son had shot himself at the age of 19!
Larry always believed that a person would be in hell by killing themself and had told me so when I was very suicidal. He has always been very good to me and helped me a lot and I practically raised him and Carolyn as babies until I graduated from highschool and left home. They started school the last year I attended school and graduated. He would have been 61 in September and if he had waited until he was 62, he could have started drawing his SS which would have helped him financially as he was getting deeper in debt.
My heart goes out to Wanda and the children even in our grief. It is so sad and I can't do anything but cry and pray!
Please pray for Wanda and all the family and for Cliff and me! We need the comfort and strength of the Lord Jesus Christ to help us get through this terrible happening which is like a nightmare right now!
God Bless & my prayers are with you all and thank you for your prayers!
