I purchased mine used and I would assume it is not under warranty (non-transferable). I did a full reset last night and it seemed to quiet it down quite a bit. I will give it a run for a little while with it on the factory settings. I managed a wheatie others passed over this weekend at a site we've been detecting for a while, so I think it's working fine. Haven't found anything super deep but then again it has to be there to be found, right? Can't assume every place has deep signals. I found a VT copper at about 9" here previously though.

Im gonna have to say that i actually thought something was wrong with my machine for awhile when i first got it because of the chattiness of it. Oh was also a conbination of bad luck on detecting an area that the machine didnt like( real unstable ground). I actually sent in my 5’’ coil and replaced it only to find out the new one did same thing in this unstable ground lmao
Long story short if im not running it hot enough where its not throwing out some ghost signals every once in awhile and a little chatty im not happy with it ha ha ha, then i crank er up a little more!
