Detector works excellently.
Now the ugly: I was walking up a slope in the woods with the detector and I slipped and fell. After I dusted myself off I noticed the control box and pistol grip had separated from the upper rod. The pistol grip part cracked. Yep. I used some epoxy and glued it back together. And now everything is fine. You can see the hairline crack where it was epoxied back.
Full disclosure...thats it. Works excellent, looks fine, but if you look close you can see the crack. Replacing the upper rod would completely fix the situation. Not sure how much they are.
Comes with 8'' coil and cover.
