General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Nice like new Fisher F70 with standard 10 in coil for sale, have too many detectors and not enough time to use them. This is the closest one you will find to new condition at this price,
Asking 370.00 shipped, US Postal money order, paypal friends and family.
Will be shipped in sturdy box and packed well.
 
How has your experience regarding depth been with this machine? Been wanting to try out some more of fishers machines for a while.

Also have you experienced any of the issues with interference that people complain about? How bad is it?
 
Have not really used it that much but I can say that I have had no problems with emi interference where I live. I bought it as a back up for my 75 and really never needed it. There are a lot of guys on this forum that swear by them, old mudpuppy being one of them. He and Revier and WV have a lot of good post pertaining to the 70. Its just sitting around now and I would like to see someone get some good use out of it.
 
Ah, looking to try something new myself. Never dabbled with fisher machines thus why I'm interested in the f70. How's the stock coil compared to a DD is it at least decent?
 
I did at one time try both the 5 in and 11in coil from my F75 and they performed great. I think that if I was a coin shooter, would use the 5 in, it has great separation in trashy areas. I did also notice that the 11 in 75 coil had a little better depth. Out of all the post I have read, the above mentioned guys swore by these saying that they were under rated and that's the way they liked it. I hate to admit, but I never really swung the 70 very much at all. I relic hunt a lot and had other detectors that were my go to machines. That's why it looks so new, very little use.
 
Guys I can tell you this is a pretty good buy, no matter what coil is on the stick. If you don't like the 10" concentric just sale it and buy the 11". At least you will have a good base machine to work with.

This is even tempting me and I need another detector like I need a hole in my head.
