Full tones vs 3,4, or 5-tone audio

Just wanted to get some feedback on what you all think of the "tones" setup on the Deus. I personally run full tones - used to use 5 tone audio but there's so much more audio information using full tones than anything else in my opinion. I can tell the difference between a clad and silver quarter with full tones using 8 kHz, (88-89 clad, 91-92 silver). Dimes come in anywhere from 82 (really thin Barber dime) to 87 (silver or clad), and pennies range from 66-85.

Anyone having success with full tones? I'd love to hear some feedback!!! Been kinda quiet today on the forum...

Coming from Minelab detectors, I'm used to using full tones. Once I "get out" with the machine, I'll have to let you know. Right now, It's more like January 1st than March 1st. It's enough to make anyone go crazy!

I'll agree with that one Duke!!

I also like Full tones but for now have decided to stick with the 5 tone setup at least until summer and then try switching back to Full.

I do agree though, I think full tones has a lot to offer if you take the time to learn them. The biggest thing with Full tones is you really need headphones that are much better than the back phones.

I use full tones for most set ups and 11khz when practical.
