G2 5" coil

Ok ..if the FX-1 will work on the G2.....will the F75......5" coil work on it?.....Seems like it would?

F75 coils are electrically different from the "Frat Bros. DD's" that the Gold Bugs and G2 were designed to work with. However a few people have plugged in F75 series coils just to see what would happen and have reported that they "worked". Maybe with some impairment of performance that they didn't notice, who knows? The factory does not recommend that anyone buy an F75 coil for use on a Gold Bug/G2 type machine, but if you've got one already anyhow and want to try it, it isn't going to harm the machine and it might work out fine for you.
