Found this the other day. Haven't seen anything quite like it. Looks like a cowboy or soldier on a horse. About the size of a nickel.

Was curious if anyone knew if it was a random toy or part of a game.

Maybe one of those game pieces where you move your “army” around the board and take over other players “possessions”?
 
Might be a Cracker Jack piece.

Congratulations on that little beauty! And it has paint, very nice. My opinion is a lead toy but hey it might be a game part.

Looks like the rider and horse are in a rodeo or cutting event. I'm guessing a dress pin for the event JMO
