don't have time to learn the Explorer II, use the ACE 250 and have a water detector I have to get used to as well.
Right now the ACE 250 is getting snoozing time. Going to take out the water detector today and see if my 'float' floats
I had a similar unit (the American S-2 and an American S-3) they were nice but I found it hurt my wrist for prolonged detecting.

Never owned one. My daughter has one, and there are folks here that have them. I am a
