Hey Les, I have a shot at a decent Freedom II for $110, w/ 5 x 10 elliptical coil. Care to share a few likes and dislikes about the beastie?

I know it has dual mode DISC, which I really liked on other detectors. What do you like?
Anybody else?
 
That's a good deal. Just make sure it is working. as they can't be repaired any more because of a shortage of components.

Uh oh, are you serious? I thought Les gets his refit, once each year? Hmmmm, maybe I better call the factory before I sink the dough.


Dont you love Garrett? You can just ring up the "shop," get a tech on the line and have a 'techie talk' when you need to.
Not many places do that.
