Dear Allen,
There was a German website I visited a while ago and downloaded some coil designs which had alot on Garrett and how to improve them, unfortunately all of it was in German and I have since done a format on my pc so I dont have the URL anymore.
But , I will ask this friend of mine (who did the translation for me) if he still has the address...if yes, I will post it here or email it to you.
On another note, just in case you werent aware of the truth, my friendly advice would be to not even bother with mods on a Garrett or any other X brand detector because your time and money are more valuable than that.
Better put the effort and money into getting a Minelab Explorer 2. Believe me, if you havent used one yet, you wont know what its like having a real detector....
