Garrett Infinium LS Pulse Delay questions

Has anyone tested this machine for delay speed? If so can it be modified? Just a tad faster delay would make it a very nice pulse machine I think.
 
I think I read on the forum somewhere that a person put it on a scope and at the zero discrimination level, it was around 10-12uS.
 
If that is correct I do not think it can be set any faster. I am just wondering if it can be modified any.
 
I think you are right...you don't want to set it any faster. Plus, if you figure out a way, I suspect you would need a coil that can run the faster delay.
