I broke the tab off of my AT Pro battery older last week and it was completely my fault. I called Garrett to order a new one fully expecting to pay for it, because I dropped it and broke it. I have to say when I called service they sent me a new one free of charge. I think that is outstanding, things like that don't happen very often these days with companies. Thank You GARRETT, I commend you on your customer service!
