Does anybody have any idea how long the average "turn around" time is for Garrett service? I sent in my GTI 2500 and was wondering if it would be back by Spring! Thanks!

I don't know about the 2500, however, the turn around on the At/Pro has been about 8 days shipped fron florida to Tx and back . 3 days there, 3 days back, so do the math, 2 days to fix it.

I just got back my 1500

took about 8-9 days total

then again i mailed it to Garrett

they UPSd it back

I sent my 2500 in last year, I think it was late August. Took 10 days tops. They gave me an estimate when i first called, then called me after they got it with the exact price. Got the newer coil, the mineralization chip and a tune up. Good people and a good price.

"Got the newer coil, the mineralization chip and a tune up"...
Same here, except I was under warranty. Took about ten days door to door, which ain't too damn bad in anyones book!
It was GREAT to talk to someone in Texas that, being originally from South Carolina, I understood!
Garrett Customer Service ROCKS!
