Garrett has always been top notch for their customer service. That's why they have retained such a large customer base.
Forty-nine years of using Garrett Electronics Metal Detectors and coils and only one issue with a low-end model about twenty years ago. The company builds very solid products, and stands behind their name very well. Perhaps the best in the industry, at least for USA based manufacturers.
