Garrett Went The Extra Mile On Customer Service Again! :super: :please: :thumbup:

I was having some issues with a coil that I had purchased brand new for one of my Garrett detectors a few years back. I phoned customer service a couple of days ago, explained my issues, and today (2 days later) I got my new coil! And I don't even live in the USA! Can you believe it!

Now that is customer service :thumbup:
 
I would have to experience that first hand before I can believe it.
But it sounds nice.
Only in America.
 
I have only had great experiences with Garrett. I think thier customer service is one of the best in the country.:garrett:
 
Yeah Garrett is hard to beat - at anything. Old Charlie built a helluva company by treating his customers right.

You can find instances of their superior service all over the internet and in the archives on this forum. I've seen instances when someone sent in a bum detector and Garrett just sent them a new one. People who have had problems with the Pro-Pointer have had them replaced with a brand new unit rather than a repair.

Not everyone outside the USA have direct access to Garretts well recorded no question asked excellent service.
Some of us out here are directed to an independant Garrett Importer/Distributor that do not extend this service.
